I like to participate in life rather than be a spectator. Music, dancing, theatre, travelling, food, cycling and walking are some of my passions. Writing is an enjoyable pastime that allows me to share my experiences.
Park Kitchen (PK) is a local cafe, bar and restaurant for the residents of Miramar. It is a large space with quirky decor and a variety of seating styles. There is a bar area, booths, tables and an outdoor dining area, You can observe the chefs hard at work in the open kitchen.
They are always busy with people dropping in for a drink and snack before or after attending the picture theatre across the road. PK buzzes with a happy atmosphere. The lunch and dinner menus are full of interesting items and offer something for everyone. Daily specials in soup, risotto, pot pies and sausages add to the variety.
