Have a love of French Food? Why not head down to Paris Go, located in 116 Rathdowne St, Carlton.

This popular bistro is designed to recall the many bistros found in Paris; the tables are flowing with crisp white linen tablecloths, the walls are decorated with french inspired artworks, there is also a licensed bar, with an extensive French wine list and as the bistro only seats 60, it offers intimate yet causal dining.

The menu offers a contemporary take on french classics - for an entree you can try 'Escargots a 'la forestiere' ($15.00), or perhaps 'Soupe a l'oignon gratinee' (French Onion Soup) ($13.00). Mains include 'Steak tartare' ($34.00), 'Boeuf bourguignon' ($28.00), 'Canard a la Montmorency' ($35.00) and 'Cassoulet' ($31.00). End your french feast with a 'Fromage' platter ($18.00) or Creme brulee ($13.00) and 'Glaces et sorbet maison' (1$3.00) with a dessert wine.

Book ahead to avoid disappointment. Vegetarian meals are also available.

Paris Go Open for Dinner Tuesday to Sunday (6.00 p.m to 11.00 p.m).

Paris Go is Open for Lunch by appointment only on Wednesday to Friday (12.00 to 3.00 pm).
