Where is ?

is located in Southport, the heart of the world-renowned Gold Coast. Recognised as the City of Gold Coast's central business district, Southport is an easy 10 minute drive from Surfers Paradise, providing visitors and locals alike some relief from the noise and crowds that come from being one of Queensland's most popular holiday destinations. Sitting along a quiet street amidst residential houses, does exactly that - give those who crave an escape from the hustle and bustle a place to relax and enjoy a meal.

Is dog-friendly?

Yes, yes, yes! In fact, goes one step further (actually, make that several steps further) and sets themselves apart from the countless other dog-friendly cafes out there, with a menu specifically designed for pooches! With ice cream from Hugo's Ice Creamery (choose from peanut butter & bacon, salmon, and strawberry) and bickies from Paw-A-Licious , pooches are spoiled in regards to both savoury and sweet options. Perhaps you could even purchase a couple extra and take some home with you? Just a thought! In addition to these yummy treats, is also a stockist for Doggie Tea , Australia's first tea for dogs - bring home a packet of tea leaves and watch the health rewards of this product blossom before your eyes. With all this, plus, of course, communal water bowls, it's no wonder was voted (by the locals) the Gold Coast's best dog-friendly cafe!

What seating is available at ?

There is both indoor and outdoor seating available at . Unlike most cafes who limit the seating options of those with furry companions to the outside, allows dogs to enjoy their visit inside the cafe too! That is, provided that your furbaby does not eat - otherwise, the friendly staff are happy to move a table from the inside to outside, so that your furbaby doesn't need to miss out on some yummy treats!

What food and drink is available at ?

serves both breakfast and lunch, 7 days a week - the kitchen is open from first thing in the morning till 2pm. Both breakfast and lunch menus are equally extensive; for brekkie, choose from something small such as toast and condiments (your choice of toasted bread) for just $6.5, or opt for the Parc-Bah BIG Breakfast for $21.0 - rib fillet steak, bacon, fried eggs, grilled tomato, mushrooms, hashbrowns, HP sauce, and door stop toast, yum! For lunch (served from 11:30am), choose from something light such as a Thai Salad (starting from $13.0), or opt for something heartier such as a Steak Sandwich for $17.50. There is also a kid's menu for the little ones. And don't forget to check out their cabinet and blackboards for daily specials!

The food was deliciously prepared fresh with very generous portion sizes - I even had enough to take home to enjoy for my next meal! Coffee was equally great; brewed to perfection using Toby's Estate . The prices were very reasonable considering the quality and the portion size; with all this together, you literally couldn't ask for more from a cafe in regards to food and drink. Plus, you get your 6th coffee free - their reward card is just the icing on top of the cake!

Is there anything else worth noting about ?

For the pawrents out there...

is conveniently located opposite Ron Short Park, an expansive stretch of green that doubles up as a dog park - tire your pooch out before taking them to the cafe to relax, or let them rest up and save their energy for a big run after a bite to eat!

There is a dog groomer, E'clips Dog Grooming , just down the street who has been around for a long time.

Gold Coast Obedience Training Club , providing "motivational training for puppies, pet and competition dogs", is also just down the road.

There's literally all the facilities you need for dogs in the one area!
