The Paradise Hotel better than ever
The wait is over people of Paradise. Much has been done to revamp the areas of Windsor Gardens, Paradise and Campbelltown. The latest addition to the ever-changing area is the new look Paradise Hotel.
The Paradise Hotel has long been a staple of the area. Being a go-to family pub and restaurant. I am happy to inform that the newly renovated Paradise is sticking to its family orientated roots, however, has expanded its look and feel to appeal to a growing market of trendy and casual eateries.
The Paradise Hotel still looks to target the same market as it did previously, but it in no way looks the same. The entire premise has been gutted and renovated looking nothing like it ever did before. This is much more than a new coat of paint. Everything is now looking updated and modern. They have removed the old playground and replaced it with 2 custom-built cinemas to entertain children during visits. The main dining area is still warm and inviting, and the pokie room has been extended. The most impressive new addition to the new Paradise hotel is their outdoor area.
This large and open area is set to accommodate a number of guests for dinner, events and functions. It has an appealing and minimalist design, based on Italy's Isle of Capri. All the windows open the area up to offer a cool and comfortable space to unwind during sunny days and a fireplace for when the temperature drops in winter. It is a great social area with a relaxing atmosphere.
The Paradise Hotel has recently appointed Matthew De-Cean as their Head Chef and Chris Wotton as their Executive Chef. Together they have crafted an exceptional menu focused on seafood, and rotisserie and slow cooked meats. Still serving up the pub favourites, the Paradise Hotel has expanded just enough to fulfil the needs of a new branch of customers. Dishes to look out for are the rotisserie chicken and seafood platter for two, which includes fresh SA oysters, scallops, prawns and a host of others. Matthew also recommends the slow roasted scotch fillet as his personal favourite. Regardless of your tastes, you'll be sure to find something mouth-watering at this modern eatery.
The new Paradise Hotel is a breath of fresh air in the area and is looking to be a prime location to accompany families and large groups of friends for any occasion. It is still spacious and attractive with plenty of parking but is now revamped to offer more to its patrons than ever before.
