A popular dish originating from the city of Ipoh in West Peninsula Malaysia, the Ipoh flat noodles is known as Ipoh kuay teow. It is served dry or in soup with pieces of shredded steamed or boiled chicken on top. PapaRich's version in QV Melbourne offers up smooth narrow rice noodles in a tasty broth with chopped pieces of boiled chicken (also used in their chicken rice dish) aside.
