Is a freelance writer and school teacher living in Adelaide. On weekends I like to get out and explore with my family. I love travelling and have lived in various cities.

Panini Brothers is a fabulously authentic Italian bakery. You'll want to get there early however, this is one busy place. While I was there deciding which flavour of pizza to take home for lunch they sold 15 pizzas in about 5 minutes.

The take home pizzas are tasty and nothing like a chain pizza. Your taste buds will certainly enjoy the fresh ingredients and rich flavours. There is a wide selection of vegetarian and non vegetarian toppings. The breads are reasonably priced and the crusty loaf we bought was delightfully soft and fluffy on the inside.

If you'd like an authentic Italian dessert, there's quite a selection, but let me recommend the cannelloni as it was delicious. Or simply enjoy a coffee and cake deal for $5.90.

The wait staff are patient and friendly with a good knowledge of the products they sell. It really is no wonder there is such a crowd in the carpark on a Saturday morning.
