Healthiness just got tastier
Healthy, delicious but reasonably priced cafes are quite hard to come by in Perth but Panache on Mill Street is my latest amazing find. A boutique cafe I feel I have already become a little obsessed with, even following them on Instagram! They are very central in the CBD so perfect distance to walk to on the lunch break. They have a strong emphasis on good quality, often seasonal, healthy foods and drinks.

Panache on Mill Street

Panache salad boxes are the best answer to a healthy work lunch, for around $10.20 they are packed full of healthy yumminess! A Winter tonic juice drink at around $9.90 helps wash the food down whilst filling you up with all those good antioxidants and vitamins to keep the cold and flu at bay. Some of the more popular food options such as the pulled pork sliders go quickly though, so arrive early or buy your healthy goodies before work if you don't want to be disappointed!

The coffee wasn't the best I have had in the CBD, but if you are partial to green tea you must try their Matcha green tea latte. A rather unique taste but I have been drinking these for a while now and really starting to feel the natural energy boost! For an extra energy boost I find their raw sweet treats, such as the lemon slices, raw brownie, cacao cookies and raw macaroons simply delicious. When you eat cake that could almost be considered good for you, there is little excuse not to pick one up!

Panache is also an ideal place for vegetarians as often cafes and restaurants lack good multiple vegetarian options, but they can be found in abundance here! So whether you want to quit the chip snacking and opt for a raw brownie, pick up a healthy lunch or just fight off the flu germs with their juice drinks pop down to Mill Street. As previously mentioned I have already got hooked on this place, and it hasn't made a hole in my purse!
