Palmerston Water Park is located on Roystonea Avenue, Palmerston. You can turn off for the main car park at the traffic lights on the corner of Yarrawonga Road and Roystonea Avenue. Alternatively, use the tunnel under University Avenue to walk from the bus station or car parks along Chung Whah Terrace. Entry is free.

Splashed!
As you enter the water park area, you can find green and well maintained native trees and shrubs used in the landscaping.

Plenty of under covered sitting area
There are plenty of undercover sitting areas with free gas burner BBQs. Lockers and the toilets area are located near the entrance.

Fun free activities for whole family
There are two wet play areas at Palmerston Water Park. The play pad area,= for children aged 10 years old and under, features sprays, water curtains and a shallow wading pool with small water slide onto the wading pool. The water sprays and water curtains are operated with start button. After spraying water for a period of time, the water will ease and then stop.

Water sprays
The splash pad area for children aged 6 years old and above features more active water play such as water cannons, a big water bucket that will tip down when its filled with water and high-intensity interactive play. But the centrepiece of the park is a six-lane racer water slide. The super slide stands at 14 metres high and 100 metres long and enables people to race each other to the bottom.

Ready, set, race!
There are lifeguards on duty at times but you should never leave your child alone in the water or in the care of an older child, or assume that your responsibility diminishes due to the presence of lifeguards. Mind that pets, smoking and alcohol are not allowed in the park. To be able to ride on the giant slide, your child must be at least 110cm tall.
One thing missing at Palmerston Water Park is a pool. It would be nice to have a big pool, like at
Leanyer Water Park for adults.
Unfortunately, the kiosk at Palmerston Water Park had closed. Sometimes you can find food trucks visiting this area, mostly on the weekends. You can check the food truck schedule and the water park opening hours on this
