If you have food intolerances or just want a healthier choice in cookies and biscuits, or just want to learn how to make a delicious and versatile Grain Free pastry,
To stir with love may be the answer for you. They have three baking workshops running as follows and each one is $49 to attend online.
Now you don't need to give up indulging in a few cookies and you can give your family a bit of a naughty treat in a healthy way. At this workshop, learn to make biscuits and cookies that are refined sugar and gluten-free. You'll also learn how to prepare a selection of 4 different varieties and learn recipes working with different types of
paleo flour, including almond meal, coconut flour, arrowroot and different sweeteners. Decorating and presentations tips will be given, or you may have a style of your own.
For the dough workshop, caterer and personal chef
Tania Lenkic who specialises in food intolerances will teach you how to make a delicious and versatile
Grain Free pastry. You can use this recipe to make several different items including sausage rolls, potstickers aka dumplings, grissini aka breadsticks , quiche bases, tart or pie shells and gnocchi. Get tips and tricks on working with dough and presentation for the finished product. You can cook along or just watch. You'll be given a shopping and prep list prior to the class and meeting ID to join the Zoom class. Recipes will be emailed to you after the class to recreate the product at home.
