Valentine's Day, Schmalentine's Day - why not ? Here is the perfect opportunity to meet some gorgeous puppies and consider becoming a Puppy Carer in the training for Seeing Eye Dogs. A pawfect match!

Vision Australia Seeing Eye Dogs have renamed the day of love to and invite you to join them at Southern Cross Railway Station on Friday 14th February between 10am – 11.30am and take a fun photo at the Seeing Eye Dogs photo stand.

Being a Puppy Carer is a very special job that requires dedication and commitment and a whole lot of love thrown in. A carer needs to provide a safe space, and nurture and socialise the puppy. Seeing Eye Dogs covers all expenses including equipment, food, vet costs, puppy health care and training. The options are either for 6 months or 12-15 months before the puppy goes back to Seeing Eye Dogs for more training. It is a demanding but very rewarding role and you will feel proud for having contributed to the success of your cared for puppy in becoming a helpful and valuable addition to someone's life.
