Despite persistent rumours of its death, painting is still alive and well. Infact, for a medium that is supposedly on it's deathbed, painting isn't looking too bad at all. 'Painting is Dead, Long Live Painting' showcases a selection of contemporary artists, whose practice examines the continued relevance of painting within contemporary art.

Featuring work by Alex Maciver, Alex Spremberg, Cynthia Ellis, David Ledger, Jurek Wybraniec, Martin Heine, Ryan Nazzari, Thomas Heidt & Teelah George, the works selected for inclusion in 'Painting is Dead, Long Live Painting' put forward a convincing argument, that painting is far from dead, it still has plenty more to say.
