Join paella maker Hector from Ola Lola at Tramsheds on Tuesday November 14 from 7-8.30pm as he helps you master the basics of making a great paella. The 90-minute hands-on class concludes with some take-home paella following the prep and cooking of this tasty Spanish dish.

The class will take place in Artisan Lane, near Osaka Trading Co. and parking is available on site and free if you arrive after 6pm. Tickets available via the website link provided.
