I live in Melbourne. I love my town, every facet of it. I love to travel and share what I find with my readers. Thank you so much for stopping by. Have a great day * Don't forget to like my articles *
Event:
One paella, two paella, three paella, four. If you did not know that I will tell you. There are different kinds of paella around. Moreover, paella is not Spanish national dish rather Valencia's only. There is even an original paella dish called just that - Valencian.

Given that paella slowly but surely is becoming second 'eggs benedict' in our family (a dish we must have anywhere we can find it), I have tried paella all over Melbourne and even Auckland. I can tell you, they are, paellas that is, are as different as the chefs who prepared them.

If you like paella as much as I do and are willing to try your hand at cooking your own unique version of it, Paella Cooking Class at Bohemian Bar & Restaurant in Docklands is your chance.

The class starts at 10.30 am on Saturday 1 July and will run well into lunchtime. At lunch, you can sit down at the long table and taste your own creation with a glass of complimentary wine.

Plus, you will have a chance to 'listen as Bohemian Chef Lorenzo Casu and Spanish paella Master Chef Gerard Rodriguez share stories and instructions about the preparation of paella'.

Cook paella, make some tasty magic and make some friends. Come along to the class. Bookings are essential as places are limited. The cost of this adventure is $75 per person.
