The Paddington Inn is a long time favourite venue of mine, in fact, it has been around for a very long time (since 1814). Now known as the Paddo Inn with Matt Moran overseeing the grill and menu, the focus is on quality meat and seafood and local seasonal produce. If you don't eat meat, it's okay, there are always tasty vegetarian options available.
