Meet celebrities at Oz Comic-Con Perth
If you want to meet your television and movie idols from television shows such as Angel, Stargate SG-1, Doctor Who, Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Game of Thrones and the Lord of the Rings movie, head down to the Perth Convention & Exhibition Centre on April 11th and 12th 2015.

Perth Special Events

Perth special events include portfolio reviews for budding artists and writers from Wolfgang Bylsma head editor and director of Gestalt Publishing, Australia's biggest publisher of comics and graphic novels. You can also learn about making a fan film with the Fallout Distress team where you can attend the premiere screening of "Fallout: Distress" and meet an interview the panel consisting of writer and director Jacob Trevaskis and main actor Joseph Corr.

If you are an art lover, Elvi ArtGod will be showcasing his original artworks and presenting an onstage airbrush bodypainting masterpiece. Watch as he transforms people into living artworks. Elvi has collaborated with Walt Disney animators and Nova 93.7FM in the past.

Walking Dead Fans

For Walking Dead fans, you will be treated to a green screen experience where you can team up with your favourite character from the Walking Dead and fend off a horde of zombies. The best scene will win a prize pack. On Saturday, the doors will stay open late for an exclusive encore screening of The Walking Dead Season 5 finale encore screening, starting at 6pm. Also keep an eye out for roaming zombies all throughout the event.

Cosplay fans

The Comic-Con is also a great excuse to don your cosplay, act as your favourite character for the day and be surrounded by other fans. There is a kids cosplay parade, an adult cosplay parade and a Oz Comic-con championships of cosplay with qualifying winners from Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane competing in the final round at Oz Comic-Con Sydney for the chance to be crowned Australia's Champion of Cosplay with the opportunity to represent Australia at the 2016 C2E2 Crown Championships of Cosplay in Chicago.
