A relevant, practical and life changing course

'Overcoming Problems' is an innovative course which can help to overcome stress, anxiety, anger and transform adversity. Held at the Australian Institute of Tibetan Healing Practices, this unique course will commence on Sunday 5th November, 2017 at 4pm and is taught by Gen Chris Yangchen.

Known for her humour and compassion, this engaging course is remarkably insightful and resonates on a personal level.

The innovative and enlightening classes:

  • have an openness that allows you to explore for yourself

  • take a holistic approach to overcoming stress & negative habits

  • include meditations and mindfulness

  • are multidimensional and down to earth

    The course is taught over one year and classes run for approximately 2 hours.

    Enrolment is currently open for the upcoming course which starts on Sunday 5th November 2017, with late enrolments closing on 3rd December.

    All classes are by donation.
