Comedy from around Australia & the world
Over The Fence is a Perth-based organisation with the goal of developing, screening and promoting independent filmmakers and the world of comedy. Their annual Over the Fence Comedy Film Festival showcases a selection of short films chosen from more than 200 submissions. The 22nd festival is on in Broome on 7 March and Perth from 12 - 14 March showing films from around the world, demonstrating the universal appeal of comedy.
The theme for this year's festival is scrambled, with the organisers promising "wild, mashed up tales" full of humour and crazy adventures. As well as Australia, there are films from Brazil, the US, Canada, France, South Africa, the UK and Holland. More information about each film is available in the program.

12 – 14 March The Backlot Perth The Backlot Perth is a purpose-built private theatre featuring a 50 seat screening and presentation room, lounge and bar area.
