You won't want to leave this amazing resort
I decided I would book a couple of nights at Outrigger Twin Towns Resort for my boyfriend's birthday. We wanted somewhere affordable, yet still 4-5 stars. Somewhere that offered a buffet breakfast and multiple dining and entertainment options. I had already heard rave reviews about this resort and even though my partner and I are young, Outrigger Twin Towns still had a bunch of things we wanted to be a part of. In my opinion, it's for the young and old. Checking in was a breeze and the front office staff were friendly, accommodating and provided us with all the information needed.
I only paid $298 for two nights. We got a beautiful room, with a decent sized deck, overlooking the beach, lake and Twin Towns. Complimentary buffet Breakfast and the use of all the hotel facilities, like the mini putt putt, gym and lap pool.
We were pleased to discover it was easy access to Twin Towns, as they are connected via a covered bridge. We ate lunch and dinner at the Restaurant Flame, because it was that good. You can find the pricing list here. We danced to a live band in the and enjoyed a few rounds of Keno and Pokies. You could almost describe Twin Towns as a mellow Casino.
The buffet breakfast that was included in the stay, had to have been my highlight of the trip. Usually costing non-staying guests $24.50, we got it for free. It was amazing, with such a wide variety of hot and cold options. I tried almost everything (fatty) and they were all delicious.
My experience with Outrigger Twin Towns, was pleasant, exciting and fun. If you are looking for a few nights away to escape the daily grind or a full blown holiday, this place will cater for you. It may only be rated 4 stars, but I'd give it 5.
