Join us for a laid-back gathering where we'll tackle the fine art of posing and those pesky daylight dilemmas that can turn your masterpiece into a shadowy affair. We'll explore how to snap everyone from Uncle Bob to your mate's new puppy, with a side of sun and a dash of shade. Want to get that perfect shot? We'll dive into background composition, so your photos don't look like they were taken in a sewage treatment plant.

Feel free to bring your family, friends, or that random bloke you met at the café—everyone's welcome to strike a pose. Just make sure you've got a decent lens, preferably an 85mm or longer, unless you're feeling adventurous with a zoom or wide-angle. We'll even flirt with environmental portraits, as long as you promise not to make anyone stand in front of a busy road. So grab your gear and let's chase some natural light while pretending we know exactly what we're doing.
