Sanctuary Sanitarium run outdoor fitness classes for ladies, mums with new bubs, mums with toddlers, suiting all fitness levels. Great way to work out with likeminded women keeping you motivated with different routines every week. Fitness sessions are on Mondays and Thursdays 9am til 10am. During wet weather, we train inside the Sanctuary Sanitarium gym space.
The fitness trainer has a background in physiotherapy which is helpful if you have niggling injuries that require attention as she will come up with alternate exercises for you.
Bringing the kids in a pram for the outdoor session and indoor session is fine. One tip is to make sure that you have a few treats/food and a couple of toys to keep the kids occupied.
