There is a family secret kept at the end of a scenic drive that carries you through a majestic collection of native trees and leads to a sunlit haven on Willunga hill. That secret is the amazing collection of spice and skill put into the food created by the Clappis family of: Our Place @Willunga Hill.

Book in to enjoy a Sunday lunch provided to you in true Italian style. You'll be welcomed inside to enjoy some canapés and your choice of a great selection of wines or spirits. A little stroll outside to the patio and the view will dominate conversation.

Lunch begins inside and is several courses delicious. Andy and Anna will mingle through the tables all smiles and full of European spirit. The room is full of aroma and on this day, the music of musician Daniel Cameron adds to the atmosphere in the appropriately called: Celebration room.

You won't know the menu until you arrive, so any diet considerations need to be shared at the time of your booking. Like walking into a casa in Italy, they feed you and make sure you leave full and happy.

This family collaboration has Andy's parents in the kitchen every day something he and Anna are very proud and appreciative of. The cucina is full of sauces, breads, and sweet treats being made fresh daily.

Andy's developed a big reputation for his bread made with organic flour from Laucke, a cross culture of yeast and Andy's own 'mother' that he has been cultivating for 30 years. The triple filtered and UV sterilised rainwater and Murray River salt make this bread a popular take home gift at the end of the Sunday meal.

Our Place @Willunga Hill not only offers Sunday lunches they also host parties for any occasion, weddings, seminars or any other kind of gathering that would require a scenic and welcoming setting with great food and wine.

Once you've tasted the food you may find you'd like more. The Clappis family also run Australian Happy Foods . Their stall at the Willunga Markets is a plentiful array of hand made gnocchi, egg pasta, breads, pizza, gluten free treats and more.
