If you're in search for a quirky unique getaway, then is the place for you. Nestled in the heart of the Forrest Township, the modern looking loft gives you a rustic feel, you almost feel like you're in the middle of the woods.









is a sister property to the Liptrap Loft which is a part of Dufflebird, who offers holiday rentals that are unique and memorable.

The Loft was bought and renovated to have its own character; It is a labour of love built on a framework of tree poles in a triangular pattern. The interior is a mixture of parts from the train carriage, locally felled timber, materials from a nearby church, and other salvaged bits and pieces.

The two-story property can accommodate up to 8 people, with 3 bedrooms and one loft area with no door.









Apart from the tranquil surroundings, the loft is also in close proximity to a great Microbrewery and Restaurant known as the Forrest Brewing Company . It is so close that you could walk there, I highly recommend the Lamb Shanks. Another attraction close to The Loft is Lake Elizabeth .

- Pets and children welcome. There is a dog run around the balcony with a doggy bed and bowls. It is fenced and gated, but not completely dog proof.
- 2 adult mountain bikes available for use with 1 toddler seat, 1 tag-along. 2 kid bikes (no training wheels). Helmets included.









HOW TO GET THERE
Forrest, Victoria is a small rural township in the Otway Ranges, Victoria, Australia. Follow M1 to Princes Hwy/A1 in Waurn Ponds, then follow Cape Otway Rd and Birregurra-Forrest Rd/C119 to Station St in Forrest, VIC.

The train carriage next door is also available for holiday rental.

The two properties can be rented together for larger groups. Together the properties can sleep up to 14 guests (but ideal for a total of 10-12).
