Berlin's dysfunctional siblings are the Prince and Princess of art rock and Europop from the cult band Die Roten Punkte and thunder through a showcase of their hits, and their misses. The Irish Times expressed it perfectly when they described Otto and Astrid as "Louder than the White Stripes, more dysfunctional than Metallica and funnier than Flight of the Conchords!". This duo has it all going for them with the accent, their look, their persona, their shenanigans on stage, their movements - so cute, their song choice - making it a night of unadulterated laughter and entertainment.

Astrid is pouty and sharper than a Stanley knife, as she lords it over Otto who's not the sharpest tool in the toolbox. However he adores his sister and does have some very endearing moves as he constantly seeks Astrid's approval. He wants to be Astrid's number one best friend, but she won't let him. The tunes they play, undoubtedly all original and not always appropriately worded, are surprisingly very punchy, and easy to rock out to. You can't help a bit of foot stomping and shoulder shaking. They get the audience involved in some of their songs which is an engaging move. If it's a good night you're after, don't miss them.
