The Valley is buzzing with news of the new look Osbourne Hotel. The bar previously known as Kerbside, Fringe Bar and once upon a time The Rat & Parrot, first opened in 153 years ago. The original name is back, proudly displayed as it opened its doors and heart once more. A fresh new vibe meshed with a graceful tribute to its iconic past is found throughout.
Lush greenery, high open ceiling and four bars transformed this space into your new favourite place to spend a lazy Sunday afternoon.
The Osbourne is the place to meet up with friends, take a first date, celebrate or run a life-changing meeting.
The environment is welcoming and the beer range is a vast and splendid thing. 94 beers on tap provide an excellent challenge to find perfection for the beer snobs in your life.
Wine and cocktails options available are equally pleasing. On the days he didn't call you back, your hair straightener dies or the day ends in 'why?' - you can trust the Osbourne has the drink to bring a little colour back to your cheeks.
On the menu, Head Chef Jamie MacKinney has something for each member of your tribe, squad or group of legends n ladies. Expect the classics and prepare for a few culinary surprises. Plated Oysters, Sweet Potato & Cashew Empanadas, Arancini Balls and Peking Duck Spring Rolls. Perhaps you're more a Char-grilled Cape Grim Steaks guy or Pizza loving girl? I hear you.
