On Saturday 25th of June, 2016, Origins Restaurant invites to enjoy a delicious four-course set menu, which has been expertly paired with wines from Hollick Vintage Wineries.
This indulgent evening of fine-dining in Perth City will enliven the senses! Upon arrival at 6.30pm, guests will be treated to a selection of exquisite canapés. Then the four-course set menu, which has been envisioned by Head Chef, Paul Gaspa and Executive Pastry Chef, Laurent Xavier, will be served.
During the evening your host, CEO of Hollick Estates, Rebecca Poynter, will present the Hollick wines for each course, sharing her expert insights of the winemaking process gained from her 20 years of experience in the wine industry.
