The first annual is scheduled for 13 September 2014 and looks set to be a great day of music. It's an all ages event starting at 11am.

The is a rebranded, revamped version of the East Coast Originals which used to be on multiple times per year. This is the ECO bigger and better.

The highlight of the festival has to be the performance by Ash Grunwald with Scotty Owen and Andy Strachan of The Living End. Ash Grunwald always brings everything to the stage to give the audience a good show, so add the excitement of The Living End boys, and the audience is in for a fantastic night.

Other artists performing are Sticky Fingers, Kingswood, Bonjah, OKA, The Delta Riggs, Bec Laughton, Electrik Lemonade, In2Nation, Soula, Carl Wockner, Ayla and Sahara Beck.

It's all held over two stages so festival goers have a choice which artists they want to see in the timeslots.

This festival is all about sustainable entertainment. Capitalising on the huge popularity of the old East Coast Originals, the festival strives to be sustainable and self-sufficient so that it pays for itself and will continue to be an influential festival on the Sunshine Coast music calendar for years to come.

The festival is family friendly and aims to keep the local cultural vibe that all good festivals have, whilst still maintaining good organisation and professionalism. In this, it's first year under the new branding, it's definitely one to check out so you can say you've been. Not to mention the awesome lineup of artists they've organised. This festival is a good lead-in to the Sunny Coast festival season which includes the Caloundra Music Festival and the Golden Days Festival.

Get close to the stage, dance and mosh, or sit on a blanket with the kids further to the back and enjoy the tunes.

Plenty of accommodation is available in the Noosa area, and being the start of Spring, this could make a great weekend away up the coast.

Check out the festival website for more information.
