Founded 12 years ago, Travis is the fourth owner of the Organic Kitchen. Mary is his spice chef who creates all the spice combinations that go into every product.

You will find vegetarian pies like the Aztec, the Vegetable Supreme and the Cheese and Spinach. The vegan pies consist of Tofu and Broccoli, Pumpkin and Spring Onion and Mild Curry and Vegetables.

The vegan pasties are Coconut Curry, Lentil and Vegetable and Black Bean & Vegetable and the vegan rolls are the Vegetable Roll and the Seaweed and Vegetable Roll.

They also have sweets like Carrot Cake, Banana Cake, Apple Muffin, Oat Ball and Apple Tart.



Travis comes from a marketing background, and his vision is to sell wholesale to every State in Australia. He speaks with a passion about his food and his business.

Mary does all the cooking of every single product that they sell at markets, and supply to retail outlets. She has created twenty different flavours of herbs and spices, directly from their kitchen.



Travis saw a need for 'good' vegan/vegetarian food that was not filled with oils and sugars. He said one could still eat oily chips and be considered eating vegetarian. Its what he considers vegetarian junk food.

He got hooked when he tasted his first Aztec pie and his head swelled with ideas of how he could market this wonderful tasting food.



His products are 100% natural and wholesome and made with organic quality ingredients. Check out their webpage for more details, however their Facebook page does not look like it is regularly updated.

Their webpage will tell you which markets they are at each month, as well as which retail outlets you can buy their products from.

They also sell direct to the public, however, it has to be a minimum order of $50

His customers as he says are not just vegans or vegetarians, but also everyone who is health conscious and searching for a healthier lifestyle.
