The market is built around a "bag' concept where consumers can [re-order a $30 bag of organic fruits and vegetables, enough for a week for a single person or a couple. The bag is supplied at wholesale prices with a $5 handling fee. There is a swap facility so the contents can be exchanged if needed, for a particular reason.
Bags are available at 9 am having been stuffed by volunteers that morning. Not, if you keen and struggling financially, volunteers are always needed and receive a free bag.
I used to attend this market when they were open on weekends, but they didn't advertise it properly so it naturally failed. I work through the week, so I can't use the membership that still had 9 months left on it anymore. Very disappointed that I was sold a membership when they decided a few months later that they weren't going to run the market when full time workers could attend it.
