There is never too much chocolate in an oreo sandwich
I recently came across this great recipe through AmazingRecipes on Instagram and had to give it a shot.

Not only is it delicious, but it's really easy to make and does not take too long to put together. It's a mouth-watering dessert that can be whipped up, especially for those last-minute ideas of what to bring to a gathering or a party.

Here's the recipe - make sure you're prepared to be on an all-time sugar high upon trying this amazing fudge.

Oreo Fudge Ingredients

INGREDIENTS

20 Oreo cookies roughly broken up into chunks.

1 can condensed milk

About 500g white/dark chocolate

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

UTENSILS

A deep baking pan

A double boiler (the alternative would be to use a big pan and a metallic bowl that fits well over that pan)

A wooden spoon

METHOD

Prepare the pan by lining it with baking paper.

Place the condensed milk, white/dark chocolate and a pinch of salt into the metallic bowl.

Fill the pan with water and bring it to boil.

Reduce the heat and place the metallic bowl over the pan, making sure the base does not touch the water.

Allow the ingredients to melt and make sure the chocolate does not end up getting burnt.

Once these ingredients have blended well with each other, remove from heat and add the cookies into the mixture.

Mix well and then pour this batter into the pan.

Leave the pan to chill for about 2 hours in the fridge.

Cut into tiny squares or pieces and serve.
