Celebrate all things Dutch at Albert Hall
OranjeFeest Canberra is a Dutch festival that will be held at Albert Hall this Saturday 30th April between 11am - 4pm. It is the second annual celebration of all things orange, based on the traditional King of the Netherlands' birthday celebration. It is a day of family fun and enjoyment for the whole community. There will be face painting, games, prizes, Dutch food, Dutch market stalls, Dutch music and Dutch beer (Dutch Bavaria beer, Jans, Advokaat and Oranje bitter) from the bar.

As well as the festival at Albert Hall, there is a bike ride and walk planned around Lake Burley Griffin in honour of Dutch explorer Dirk Harthog. In the evening will be a "King's Dinner Soiree", see the website for all the details.

See below the humorous You Tube advertisement for the event (by Canberra Coordinator Hans van deZandt).
