Event:
Be immersed in the world of operatic splendour

Fully costumed comic opera and 3-course meal in a stunning heritage dining room - Discover Sydney's best-kept secret!

Back by popular demand! Following sold-out performances in April, Opera Bites, Sydney's favourite boutique opera company, has once again partnered with The Castlereagh Boutique Hotel to bring you an incredible evening of sumptuous costumed opera, complete with a 3-course bespoke menu and select fine wines to match.

Since 2009, Opera Bites has entertained diverse audiences around Australia with their fully costumed, condensed operas and highlights performances in some unconventional places. Whether delighting audiences with their highly popular Opera in the Pub series, wowing them with the world's favourite operas at Opera in the Outback or serenading them over an intimate High Tea, their winning formula is accessible to newcomers yet fresh and alive for seasoned opera-goers.

Presented in one of Sydney CBD's most beautiful heritage listed dining rooms, this special event will see guests treated like royalty for the night and completely immersed in the world of operatic splendour.

Tickets include entertainment, 3-course bespoke menu and select fine wines to match.

The next event will be held on Friday 6 July and is entiteld Masquerade Ball.

Join Opera Bites in this hilarious re-telling of Johann Strauss' wonderful operetta "Die Fledermaus" and remember to wear your finest masquerade costume since you might be invited to participate! Gabriel Eisenstein has to go to gaol tonight. First though, there is Prince Orlofsky's fabulous masked ball which he simply must attend. Among the (disguised) guests are his gaoler, Frank, his maid, Adele, and even his wife, Rosalinda. When he finally gets to gaol, he finds that someone else has been arrested in his place someone who was at his house and in his dressing gown the previous evening!

Full of fun, intrigue and fabulous music this is an immersive opera experience you won't forget!
