Come and close out January with a wonderfully wild ride with Opera Up Late , hosted by Rueben Kaye. The Joan Sutherland Theatre will come to life as performers reimagine opera hits, classics from musical theatre, as well as some fantastic pop hits in a night that you will never forget.

The host Rueben Kaye is an international comedy and cabaret star during this late-night celebration at the iconic Sydney Opera House. This show was originally created for 2023 2019s Sydney 2019s WorldPride, and it is a wild romp through the world of opera through a queer lens.

Opera hits have been reimagined, with a smattering of musical theatre numbers and some fabulous pop numbers as well. And all this in a nice package of big laughs and big voices you 2019ll never forget. Come and marvel at the fabulous cast of singers put together but Shaun Rennie, and come dressed up if you want to, climb the iconic Opera House stairs, and grab a drink as you take your seats to hit the highest notes possible.

Come along for a 9.30 start at this 16+ event, because there could be adult themes, coarse language, drug references, nudity and sexual content
