Sit amongst the natural beauty of the Mt Cootha Botanic Gardens and listen to some of the country's finest classical singers and musicians at the 2023 Opera in the Gardens on Sunday 7 May 2023.



This year's Opera in the Gardens production is titled 'Celebrating Family' and will feature some of the world's best operas such as Madama Butterfly, La Traviata, Rigoletto, Carmen, Marriage of Figaro, and Magic Flute.



Hear the spectacular voices of some of Australia's finest singers including Australia's Pavarotti Rosario La Spina; rising star Soprano Rebecca Cassidy; Mezzo Soprano Kathryn Bradbury; Baritone Cameron Bodiam Taylor; Former Ten Tenor Roger Davy; Tenor/Entertainer and developing artist Soprano Luisa Tarnawski, supported by Leanne Warne on piano, Rhonda Davidson-Irwin on flute and the Viva La Musica Voices - Adult and Children's Choirs.

Tickets range from $25 to $75 and can be purchased online here .

Funds raised from the event go towards supporting important community charity projects of Rotary Clubs of Brookfield, Karana Bellbowrie and Toowong and Drug ARM. You can find the Mt Cootha Botanic Gardens at 152 Mt Cootha Road, Mt Cootha.
