Ever wondered what's behind the doors of some of Melbourne's grandest and best-known buildings?

Open House Melbourne gives you the opportunity to find out when 220 buildings around the city and suburbs open their doors for public inspection over the weekend of Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th July.

Participating buildings include Collins Street Baptist Church, Australian Islamic Centre, ANZAC House, Abbotsford Convent, 3CR Community Radio, Court of Appeal, East Melbourne Synagogue, Government House, Melbourne Observatory and Melbourne Town Hall and Offices. The list goes on and on …..

Some of these building have pre-booked tours arranged due to their limited capacity and require a $5 booking fee. First release bookings open on Friday 13th July at 8.30 AM with the second release on Friday 20th July again at 8.30 AM. Check each building page for a direct Universe ticketing link or find the full list of buildings requiring pre-booking at www.universe.com/openhousemelbourne
