Fun for kids these school holidays
These school holidays, the PlayUp children's area of the Museum of Australian Democracy (Old Parliament House) will be extended outside! Between 22nd - 26th January, pay the gold coin entry fee to the museum and then follow the "Open Air PlayUp" signs to the Senate Courtyard between 10am - 5pm. Enjoy the books, games and free activities in the shade, but remember to still slip, slop, slap!

After you've finished, go inside the museum and explore the indoor "PlayUp: The Right to Have an Opinion and Be Heard". Both PlayUp spaces are fun, interactive and inspire young minds to think about the world they live in. See the Museum of Australian Democracy website for details.
