If you answered 'yes' to the questions above then we have worked out the perfect road trip for you. There are five brilliant op shops brimming with a huge array of secondhand items on the Bellarine Peninsula. So why not make the most of the hot weather, frolic in the waves and bag a bargain? All the op shops are within 10 minutes drive of each other in Ocean Grove or Barwon Heads.
The Wave Opportunity ShopThe Wave Opportunity Shop is also known as Gumnut Grove Op Shop. It can be found at 28 Hodgson Street in Ocean Grove and is open from 9.15am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday and most Saturdays from 10am until 2pm. A sign on the door indicates whether the shop will be open on the upcoming Saturday.

Find wetsuits, sports gear and all sorts of other wonders at The Wave Op Shop.
This op shop has a large selection of clothing, household items, books and kids toys. Some of the treasures to keep an eye out for include wetsuits, shoes and designer women's clothing. Clothing racks are easy to navigate because they are sorted into clothing type, size and colour. If you're into knick knacks it's also worth checking out the assorted pieces in the cabinet at the cash register.
The Dove Opp Shop

Satisfy all your crockery needs at The Dove Opp Shop.
This is a smaller op shop but if you're after plates, crockery and other kitchen items it's the place to visit. There's also second hand clothing, toys, books and linen. The Dove can be found on the corner of Eggleston Street and The Parade in Ocean Grove and is open from Monday to Saturday from 10am until 4pm.
The Salvo Op ShopThe Salvo Op Shop is a large room in an industrial estate. Stock seems to be changed over regularly. You'll find furniture, books, a kids toy area, crockery, shoes and clothing. On the day we were there you could purchase a bag of clothes for $5! The store can be found at 4/6 Marine Parade, Ocean Grove and is open from 9.30am until 4.30pm Monday to Friday and 10am until 2.00pm on Saturdays.

VinniesJust down the road from the Salvos is Vinnies. This is another large op shop with a huge number of items including clothing, furniture, crockery, kids toys and clothing, linen and books. It is worth checking out the 'vintage items' shelf just above the linen section which has an assortment of weird and wonderful pieces. If you're after something in particular have a chat to the helpful volunteers and they'll take your name and number and contact you if the item you're after comes in. This store occasionally has very reasonably priced new items. Vinnies is at 18 Marine Parade, Ocean Grove and is open Monday until Friday 10am - 4.30pm and on Saturday from 9.30am - 1pm.

All Saints Anglican Church Op Shop
This op shop is sprawling with treasures. There is a room full of clothes and crockery, a second room packed to the rafters with books and a large shed out the back with toys, books, crockery, furniture and all sorts of other things. It is the place to go before a dress up party. Everything is very reasonable priced.

All Saints Anglican Church Op Shop can be found at 61 Hitchcock Avenue, Barwon Heads and is open Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 10am until 1pm during school term and Tuesday through to Saturday from 10am until 1pm during the school holidays.
