An experienced chef, Hamed runs his own cafe SalamaTea in Melbourne and runs both face-to-face and online cooking classes. You'll be taught how to cook 3 Persian dishes and it's all vegan; kinder to animals and the environment, and helps the education of children. You can cook along or just watch as Hamed teaches you how to make a Tompom Salad (tomato and pomegranate salad), an Adas Polo (rice and brown lentil garnished with berries and sultanas) and Persian Bliss Balls (sweet nuts and seeds balls).
Hamed's Persian Kitchen runs many other cooking classes, which you'll find HERE. Sweet and sour chicken, saffron rice, Persian fried potato parcels, Persian sweets, smokey eggplant dip, falafels and more. Check it out.
