Libraries for entertainment
Onkaparinga Libraries provide a wide selection of fantastic events to keep all ages entertained.

Hub Movie Club

The Hub Movie Club is a free activity provided by Onkaparinga Libraries (Hub Library), Hub Drive, Aberfoyle Park.

Aimed at all ages, these fortnightly movie sessions feature late release quality films on alternate Mondays at 10.30 am one fortnight and Thursdays at 2 pm the other. Bookings are essential as numbers are limited to adhere to COVID-19 requirements.

Do you or someone you know struggle with technology? Onkaparinga Libraries offer 30 minute appointments to assist with troubleshooting device issues, connecting with library eResources, staying safe online, connecting with friends, online banking, navigating government and support websites and more.

Libraries run an amazing variety of free events for the young and not so young. Choose from Chess & Checkers Club at Seaford Library, Family History Help at Noarlunga Library, Sensory-Friendly Storytime at Aldinga Library, Maths is Fun in Library at Hub Library and much more.

Adult Programs

Libraries provide a range of adult programs such as Creative Writing, Digital Literacy, Movie Matinees, Conversations, Card Morning and Knitting Groups.

There is such a great range of opportunities for every age group. If you have little ones (and even bigger ones) that you need to entertain, choose from Babytime, Toddlertime, Virtual Storytime, Storytime, Lego Club, Maker Groups, Anime and Manga Club, Chess Club, Dungeons & Dragons and Children's University.
