One Night in Footscray takes place during the Due West Arts Festival, a ten-day multi-arts local and international festival. The program is a Footscray University Town initiative supported by Victoria University and Maribyrnong City Council.
From 5pm till late over a range of venues including the streets, windows, galleries, bars, the train station, mall, library and Victoria University, there's an extravaganza of art, music and performance events and experiences on offer.

Featuring different styles of live music, dance, DJs, art installations, exhibitions, and street performances, there's also opportunities to join in the action from dancing through truro, karaoke and clay and science play. Or you can just take it all in and marvel at the talent, ingenuity and imagination of the artists, musicians and performers on show.

A free guided tour leaves from Footscray Train Station at 6.30pm and 7.30pm.
For something to munch on, Footscray boasts an array of some of the most interesting and mouth-watering cuisine available in Melbourne. There's plenty of choice of restaurants, cafes and bars for a snack or a meal plus special food offers will be available on the night.
