The Theme is Yellow
Calling all photographers. This is for those who love a challenge and have a flair for creativity. A new competition will take place with a very simple brief. The focus and theme will be yellow. What an amazing colour. It speaks of optimism, happiness and warmth. When we first learn to draw, it's the colour we choose for light.

This competition is in aid of One Day For Sight has been designed to bring focus onto a gift that photographers depend on every day, their eyesight. Photographers have fantastically tuned vision, coupled with a strong sense of design. For this inaugural international competition, photographers are asked to produce a picture or pictures around the theme of yellow.
This a fantastic opportunity to raise much needed money for a great cause, the challenge will produce an exhibition of pictures that tells a striking story. One Day For Sight will be held over a 24-hour period on 8th October, World Sight Day. Submission uploads will only be accepted for the 24 hours of 8th October, (on entrants' time zone). So get ready to go yellow for World Sight Day.
First prize is a Zeiss lens with either Canon or Nikon mount, valued at $1800(including GST) and $3000 cash ($AUD)
Second Prize is $2000 ($AUD). The One Day For Sight exhibition will be held at Adelaide Convention Centre from 2nd November until 18th Dec, and then at Adelaide International Airport for 6 weeks from 4th January.
