Pick one of these one or two day tours and relax
Have you ever wanted to go out for a whole day but didn't quite know where to go? This happens to me sometimes and even though I have lived in Perth all my adult life, I am sometimes stuck as to what I would like to do, what I have not seen before, or what I would like to see again.
SEE GORGEOUS WILDFLOWERS
I hope this list helps you when you have a spare day or even a few spare days if you want to overnight and go further afield. Some of these are for nature lovers, and for those of you who like to explore the great outdoors and watch natural attractions.
They are suitable for first-time visitors to Western Australia and for locals who simply want to connect with the country in and around Perth. Most are also suitable for seniors like myself! With so many options available, you can choose from experiences such as heading inland to the beautiful Perth Hills where you can see waterfalls and meet wildlife, or you can choose to spend a longer day travelling north or south along our beautiful Western Australian coastline.
1. WATERFALLS, WILDLIFE AND WILDFLOWERS
Here you will be able to revel in the fresh air and awesome scenery, take in Perth's most stunning waterfalls, see wildflowers, swim in blue pools, and see wildlife as you walk through our bush-land.
Waterfalls and places visited will include:
National Park & Hovea Falls in the John Forrest National Park
Lesmurdie Falls in Lesmurdie National Park
Sixty Foot Falls in Ellis Brook Valley
Serpentine Falls in Serpentine National Park
SMALL WATERFALL IN SUMMER
This will cost around $125 for adults and $110 for concession holders, and this is about 8½ hours.
2. PERTH HILLS Yes, I know it is easy to get to the Perth Hills, but on a tour like this, you do not have to concentrate on driving or where to go as this is all taken care of - you just enjoy the scenery.

A forest Camel ride at Calamunnda Camel Farm
CAMEL RIDES FOR ALL

This will cost $135 for a 9-hour tour or $120 for concession.

This runs twice a year and is 11 hours and 13 hours with the optional bar tour. Cost is just $240 plus $30 for the optional tour.

TWO DAY TOURS
If you would like to overnight away from home, and provided, if you own animals, that they are well looked after, the next few are tours which are of 2 days duration, with one night away.
6. TWO DAYS ON THE TURQUOISE COAST
In this two day tour, which is an easy one for Seniors or those not so fit, you will go to:
An authentic Australian glamping (comfortable camping!) experience

This tour costs $385, with families getting a special rate, and you will have the opportunity to help set-up the camp, build a fire and partake in some camp cooking. It is a very easy task which is user-friendly, with no experience required.
7. TWO DAYS IN THE SOUTH WEST
What can be better than a day in our beautiful South West? Actually, TWO days would be better!
Pack your overnight bags and head on down to see and experience:

Authentic Australian wilderness glamping experience
Amazing coastal views
Cape to Cape
Boranup Karri Forest
Hamelin Bay's wild sting rays
Beautiful white beaches

Iconic Busselton Jetty
This would be my pick of them all as even though I have often been down south to these areas, I have not heard of several of the places here!
The cost of this is $385 with special prices for families and this is approximately an 800 km drive in all.
