After a sell-out 2019 season, Darlinghurst Theatre Company is currently performing the musical Once until18 July, 2021.

A tender love story of a struggling Irish musician on the verge of giving up and a piano-playing Czech immigrant who reminds him how to dream. Over the course of one fateful week, an unexpected friendship and collaboration quickly evolves into a powerful but complicated love story, underscored by emotionally charged music.

Once is the only Broadway show to have music that won an Academy Award , Grammy Award , Olivier Award and Tony Award .

Starring Toby Francis, Stefanie Caccamo, Victoria Falconer, Tamlyn Henderson, Deirdre Khoo, Jay Laga'aia, Drew Livingston, Abe Mitchell, Rupert Reid, Patrick Schnur, Alec Steedman and Jennifer Trijo.

With songs from the critically-acclaimed film, including the Oscar-winning song Falling Slowly.

A range of shows are available for purchase including a social distance, Auslan interpreted and sensory performances, tickets available online here. There will be no performance on 29 June.

Following the Darlinghurst season, Once will tour Wollongong, Lismore, Canberra, Orange and Newcastle.

Fall in love again at Once which is currently being staged in Darlinghurst until 18 July, 2021.
