The time has come for crafty types to get their crochet fix at the Olympic Village Makers Market. There will be a heap of homemade bits and bobs to get your arty farty senses tingling.


Hop down to the historic Olympic Village on Saturday 2nd August to snag yourself a nifty tea cosy, some mismatched vintage plates, cute little potted succulents for the kitchen, a colourful bunting worthy of Pinterest, or maybe a great pre-loved book with a slight coffee stain on the front page.


The seasonal makers and secondhand market will be open from 10am-2pm, so you'll be able to grab something yummy for brunch while you're browsing the stalls.


For those wanting to sell their wares, you'll be delighted to know that it only costs a teeny $10 to hold a stall.


It's all happening at the Olympic Village, on the corner of Alamein Road and Southern Road, Heidelberg West.
