Right leads to the iconic Zenith Music Store, the left to Brogue Shoes and beyond.

New to the Old Theatre Lane is a Saturday morning market, an artists' collective, a chance to see and buy from a diverse range of wonderful art produced by local and Western Australian artists. The market stalls along the lane are a once-a-month event, taking place on the first Saturday morning of each month from 9.00am to 1.00pm, the next one on September 2nd, 2017.
Part of the beauty of The Old Theatre Lane is its easy access to public transport with its proximity to The Claremont Train Station as well as the buses along Stirling Highway. Everything is just a stone's throw away, including the historic Claremont Hotel and eating areas interspersed around the large department stores and supermarkets.
A visit to Bay View Terrace precinct and the Old Theatre Lane is a great day out to peruse the shops, have quiet refreshments and take in the beauty of the arched ceilings along the laneway.
