For those who would love to get a taste of the German culture, but don't have the money or time to actually go there, Oktoberfest is coming to Melbourne.

Oktoberfest in the Gardens is coming to Birrarung Marr, Melbourne on Friday the 23rd and Saturday the 24th of October 2015. Friday's event will be held from 4pm to 11pm, and Saturday's event will be held from 2pm to 10pm.



The event will feature a large beer hall, performers, authentic German food stalls, a silent disco and a range of entertainment and competitions throughout the two days.

Everyone who attends will get a 560ml commemorative event stein (a beer mug) and a free drink when you arrive. Tickets are available through Moshtix. A standard ticket for one person is $54.90.



If you've ever dreamed about experiencing the renowned celebration that is Oktoberfest, but haven't had the opportunity to go to Germany, this is your chance - but be quick, last year's tickets were quick to sell out!
