Brisbane Oktoberfest dates have been set and the countdown is on! The traditional German festival features a line-up of entertainment, rides, great food and handcrafted beer.

Oktoberfest Brisbane takes place over two separate weekends.

When:
October 2018
Weekend 1: Friday 5th, Saturday 6th & Sunday 7th
Weekend 2: Friday 12th, Saturday 13th & Sunday 14th

Where:
Brisbane Showgrounds, 600 Gregory Terrace, Bowen Hills.

Parking:
Parking is available at the Brisbane Showgrounds from $11 per day.

In 2017 we enjoyed being VIP guests at Oktoberfest. The food is amazing, rides have unlimited passes available and entertainment is suitable for both adults and kids.

Unlimited Rides Options!

Inside the Oktoberfest Tent, you will be able to enjoy Yodelling & dance performances. Plenty of seating is available and there is an abundance of traditional German food and drink.

Outdoors there are roving performers, more dance and song as well as food and market stalls. We particularly enjoyed the toy store which featured some German brands.

Lots of guests arrived wearing a Dirndl and Lederhosen, however, the festival is also suitable for casual attire (closed in shoes are a must).

The same applies to the dining settings. You can dine at tables inside, outdoors or pitch a rug on the grass. We enjoyed ice cream while watching "Human Foosball".

We came home with delicious German gingerbread (Lebkuchen) along with merchandise which comes free with a VIP table. VIP tables can be booked at an extra cost on the Oktoberfest website.

Fantastic for corporate team events, birthday celebrations or if you have a large group of people going and want to take advantage of a more private table setting and food platters provided.

Tickets for Oktoberfest Brisbane can be purchased through the website.
