I've only been to Moon Dog at Preston for a birthday celebration, and the vibes were amazing at that spacious, family-friendly venue. If the hospitality at all their venues is anything like it, you're going to love celebrating Oktoberfest at Moon Dog OG, 17 Duke St, Abbotsford from 4-6 October 2024 from 3-11pm. Come in the spirit of Oktoberfest and don those lederhosen and dirndls, to celebrate this German cultural event. There's going to be limited German beers and special German pizzas to be had. Friday night Karaokes are also very popular at Abbotsford with upcoming events on the Fridays on 4 Oct, 1 Nov and 6 Dec from 8-11pm. Get down early for a couple of beers and specialty shots to get you in the singing mood! Founded in 2010 in Melbourne by brothers Josh and Jake Uljans and schoolmate Karl van Buuren, Moon Dog began with a lil’ brewery in the back streets of Abbotsford, with the trio brewing beer in a brew house welded together from ex-dairy equipment and selling mind blowing craft beer from the back of a ‘97 Volvo V40 station wagon; and they've come a long way baby. The Moon Dog family may have grown but being renowned for brewing outrageously delicious beers and seltzers that blow minds is still what it's all about.
