1. Mystic Pizza
The new Cellar Door of the
Angove Family Winemakers has only recently opened its doors and wants to celebrate their brand new wood fire oven over the long weekend of October. Master Chief Richard Angove itself will manning the oven. How cool!

2. Vale Cru (small batch winemakers annual tasting)
For one afternoon, you can taste a small batch high quality wines from a group of winemakers from McLaren Vale, who come together under the name "Val Cru". The event takes place at the well-known, historical
Victory Hotel in Sellicks Beach.

3. Hugh Hamilton's Oyster MasterClass
This day is for all those who like Oysters and want to know a little bit more about this special kind of shellfish. You will be offered a five flight of oysters from all over the country matched with Hugh Hamilton wines. Shucking exercises and some background about oysters will also form part of the day.
Two special guests will join the event this year. The two "Michaels" from Out of the Blue co-present the day. What a fantastic opportunity to meet these two chefs in person.

5. Chapel Hill Hands on Sunday Cooking Classes
You want to learn how to cook something special? Then you need to attend the Cooking Classes at
Chapel Hill .
The theme is
African Safari.
From Ethiopia to Tanzania, learn to prepare Injera bread, marinating and BBQ, curries and pickles.
After finishing your newly learned recipes, you will enjoy the prepared dishes, matched with Chapel Hill wines, with all participants. If you want to bring a friend with you, this person pays only $95 for lunch.
