On Sunday the 7th of January, between 10am- 4pm, Ocean Grove Park will once again be filled with a range of stalls, activities and music for the annual Tranquility Fair.
This popular event showcases many local and visiting performers and musicians, and there will be plenty of activities for the kids, including face-painting, a jumping castle and animal farm.
There will also be a large number of stalls selling jewellery, clothing, alternative products, crystals and gem stones, body care products and books, as well as a variety of food and beverage stalls.

The location for the event is Ocean Grove Park, which is a beautiful outdoor area, located on the block at Presidents Avenue & Draper Street, in the 'old' Ocean Grove area. There is a playground located at the park, which has a range of equipment for children of all ages and undercover seating.

Free parking is available in the streets surrounding the park. There are also carparks near Coles and between the Avenue and the Terrace (check the signs for time limits)
Shade and Shelter: Limited Shade and Shelter is available near the playground, however the main park area is uncovered, so I'd recommend a hat and sunscreen (or an umbrella, depending on the weather)
Toilets:There are no toilets at the park. The nearest toilets are located at the Ocean Grove Plaza shopping centre, just across the road from the park.
Cash Facilities: There are a number of ATMs in The Terrace shopping area (NAB, Commonwealth Bank, Westpac, ANZ, Bendigo Bank), and cash out available at Coles.
Cost: At the time of publication, no entry fee details had been released, however last year the entry fee was $3, with children under the age of 12 free. All proceeds go towards maintaining Ocean Grove Park.
