Personal Experience.

The Oak is a great place for a coffee and for refreshments. I went to the cafe after hiking Bally Mountain with the group Hiking South East Qld and More.

When we arrived at the cafe, the place was very busy. After a few minutes of waiting, we were able to have three tables to fit all the group. Everyone enjoyed the atmosphere, the coffee and the food.

We were seated on the deck in the outdoor are, and it was nice sitting under a big umbrella with a delicious coffee and a slice of gluten free cake. The atmosphere was very relaxed and it was easy to talk to each other. When I went to order inside, the personnel took my order straight away but I noticed the music was very loud and it would have made it more difficult to talk to each other.

The Oak is child-friendly, family-friendly and you can take your pooch with you. This cute little pooch is happy in the lap of her master.

The Cat's Pyjamas.

The Cat's Pyjamas is a rich, luxurious and velvety blend of coffee. The blend has the chocolaty notes from the coffee of Latin American and the spicy notes from Sumatra's coffee.

The coffee beans are roasted just to the point to bring out the sweetness and the smoothness from the coffee beans. The best coffee beans are sourced from Columbia, Costa Rica, Sumatra. The tasting noted are maple syrup, cocoa, brown spice.

The Cat's Pyjamas is roasted in Brisbane in the roastery in Newstead and in Sydney, in Manly Vale.
